Yes, we are fully qualified and carry full comprehensive public liability insurance.
Yes, all aspects of the work we do and materials we supply come with minimum of a 12 month warranty. Certain materials or fixtures we supply may come with extra protection/coverage.
We do not routinely sub-contract, however, will discussed with you if a specialist skill needs to be sub-contracted. We will usually be able to arrange this ourselves – we have a well established network of trusted, skilled tradespeople that we trust.
We protect all of your carpets and your hardwood floors. If it’s an en-suite you’re having fitted, your bed covers will be protected with clean dust sheets. There will always be a certain amount of dust, but we do our best to keep this to an absolute minimum, protecting your belongings as a priority.
Yes, we always clear up after ourselves, keeping on top of mess on a regular basis. Depending on the nature of your project, we may also require a skip on site.
Bathroom installations can be unavoidably disruptive to a degree as we may need to make arrangements to turn off water and electricity for a time, but we will always work with you to keep disruption to a minimum.
We will always keep you up to date on progress and the steps planned for the next day.
We will give you advance notice if there is any need to temporarily suspend your water, gas or electricity, ensuring you have plenty of time to switch off your computer or empty your washing machine etc. Your boiler will always be turned off before work commences on your heating system. We will make sure that everything is working again at the end of every day.
Your bathroom products will be fitted with local isolation valves so you’ll be able to carry out routine maintenance easily. Everything will be installed in accordance with relevant regulations and the manufacturer’s own fitting instructions.
If you notice a leak, or any other problem after fitting, please get in touch straight away and we will remedy the problem ASAP.
During the installation of your new bathroom, we will aim to leave you with at least one working toilet. If this is not possible, we will give you 24 hours notice so you can make alternative arrangements to ensure you’re never caught short!
